Hope this helps.....
[R C]=size(signal1); err = (((signal1-signal2).^2)/(R*C)); % size of signals must be same length MSE=sqrt(err); PSNR = 20*log10(MAXVAL/MSE); % MAXVAL= 255 in case of 8 bit signal
