Selecting plot for drawing text

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I have two figures. If I would like to plot something in each plot, I may write with handles:
x = figure;
y = figure;
plot(gca(x), 1, 1);
plot(gca(y), 1, 1);
I would like to accomplish the same thing using the text and line commands. Is there a way to do this? Text and line don't allow axis handles to be passed in as arguments. Thanks in advance.

Use the 'Parent' name-value pair
line(1,1,'Parent',gca(x))

I think you can use figure(1), figure(2) to create figure and switch the current figure.
