as the entropy of the image can be obtained by entropy filter as image ,can i get the image that shows the maximum energy pixels in the original gray image.

The pixel intensity is the energy. If you don't know why, ask me to explain why. You can get the max by doing this:
maxGrayLevel = max(grayImage(:)); % Get the max energy of a pixel.
