I assume you already have all those variables in your program. Then have you tried the intuitive, simple approach of using two for loops, one nested inside the other? One watchout: in your loop, don't call the accumulation variable "sum" or else you'll blow away the built in sum. Using for loops is about as basic as you can get with MATLAB, and you'll need to master it (which can be done in about 15 minutes), so give it a try.
