Help on matlab system error?

Hi! i'm doing a project in robotic arm gesture recognition using image processing in matlab. I use the corr2 command to identify the input gesture, and everytime i run the program there's this error (attachment) but the program runs in other matlab in my pc or other laptop.

Will it run with identically the same input on the other machine(s)?
Have you tried a re-install or checked for updates/patches for the offending version of Matlab?
Those failing, it's a problem will need official Mathworks support for--follow the directions for submitting the error to TMW.
