We don't have it for that particular use case. Here is a demo of kmeans() and image analysis for a different use case: http://www.mathworks.com/products/demos/image/color_seg_k/ipexhistology.html Maybe you might like that??? Feel free to adapt it.

With respect to features, I suggest you search PubMed with the search string: ("thyroid nodule" & ultrasound & classification & knn) & human
