Matlab crashes when connecting to TWS - Interactive Brokers

When I execute:
>> ib = ibtws('',7496);
While TWS is open.
The pop-up in the TWS asking to accept the API connection will appear, and after I hit 'yes' matlab crashes, every time.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Matlab: 2013b 32-bit version
I've done the clean uninstall and re-install of matlab, TWS and TWS-API. And still it won't work. This setup worked just fine on another pc (also windows 7 64-bit and matlab 2013b 32-bit).
If anyone encountered this situation please help. Thanks.

You may wish to try the cross-platform IB-Matlab product, which is Java-based (not ActiveX):
It never crashes...
