How to set custom parameteres of svmtrain ?

Hi,
is there a way to use custom C and gamma (as libsvm) at the svmtrain command ?

Of course, use the name value pairs for 'BoxConstraints' and 'rbf_sigma' if you are using rbf kernel.
If you are using the latest version of MATLAB (R2014a) there have been performance and interface improvements to SVM, feel free to check out:
