2 way ttest in matlab not showing results

[Ttestsdjh(ii,1) Ttestsdjh(ii,2)] = ttest2((sdjh(:,T(ii,1))),(sdjh(:,T(ii,2))));
% Runs a 2 tailed t-test on the sdev jump height for each jump type

my ttest runs but produces no actual data in the matrix of Ttestmjh and Ttestsdjh that I had made at the top of my code.
the T value produces the right matrix.
