problem in connecting mobile phone via Bluetooth in Matlab

Hello friend,
I am new to instrument control toolbox. I am trying to connect my mobile phone to matlab using Bluetooth and send some files to process but I am not able to do it.
I have used following command instrhwinfo('Bluetooth','Micromax X292i')
ans =
RemoteName: []
RemoteID: []
ObjectConstructorName: []
Channels: []
Here it is not showing available channel.
b = Bluetooth('Micromax X292i');
But when I use fopen it gives Error msg like this
fopen(b)
Error using icinterface/fopen (line 83)
Unsuccessful open: Cannot connect to the device. Possible reasons are another application is connected
or the device is not available.
so please help how to resolve this problem.
