Increase Capability of OCR

I want to read a complete invoice in OCR which is about 12 lines, but the OCR result shows only 2 lines. if i alter the resolution i could get four lines but i couldn't increase further so someone clarify me what is the problem and how to solve it.

And you want us to do that without seeing your image??? I guess about all I can say is to read up on OCR methods and improve your algorithm.

i added the picture i could get only 3 lines at maximum
