Rapid Accelerator, warning about non-existent block?

Warning: Rapid Accelerator mode cannot update 'Model/Scope' because it has no connected signals
I get this warning, when running the model, but when I click on the link, there is nothing there. And when I use Find it does not find any Scope block.
Any idea where this comes from?
