i have the folowing matrix

         0         0         0    0.7500         0
         0         0   -0.2500         0         0
         0    0.7500         0         0         0
   -0.2500         0         0         0         0

i need to round it so the diognal elements are -1 1 -1 1 -1 how can i do this?
