Insert selected gridlines into an image

I have an image which is being processed for recovering a data. I will be dividing the image into number of horizontal slices(or horizontal slabs). I need an image in my report which shows this method i.e I will need the Image with vertical dotted line showing the axis of the slices and multiple horizontal(parallel) dotted lines showing the slices.
