Sending a random email from matlab

I would like to make a program that sends an email to a random member of a group every Sunday telling them to bring cake in the following week, creating the perfect element of surprise.

You are not asking us to point you to the intuitive commands like SENDMAIL, LOAD or RAND, don't you?
Yes i suppose i did :). Thank you. It works now, and we are all looking forward to a surprise cake next week :).

Forgive us if we don't show you the details of technologies trivially modifiable to send out spam.
I know for sure that spammers have found this area, as one of the "beautiful young woman looking for a life partner" specifically referred to here.
