how to integrate USRP receiver to matlab?

I want to integrate usrp receiver to matlab and receive signal from it. Further, how can I control its sampling parameters etc?

The first thing you need to do is to download the USRP support package. It can found in the following link. Also, there are quite a few resources (e.g, examples and documentations) on the right-hand side of that webpage. You may want to take a look.
