Code Generation-Building standalone executable of Simulink model from command line

Hello,
I am trying to fully automate the building of a standalone application from my simulink model. I am using commands such as: cs = getActiveConfigSet(model); set_param(cs,'CustomSource',allFiles);
And it all works ok. The only problem I have is, in order to rebuild after some change, I still have to open my simulink model manually and press "Build" in the Code Generation tab of the "Model Configuration Parameters" window.
Can I also somehow hit this button programatically from an m-file?
