how to set a compiler for building standalons in 64 bit machine?

while trying to make a standalone file got an error message:
Run mbuild-setup to specify the default complier options file
so I ran mbuild-setup and these is what i got:
>> mbuild -setup
Please choose your compiler for building standalone MATLAB applications:
Would you like mbuild to locate installed compilers [y]/n? y
Select a compiler:
[0] None
Compiler: 0
mbuild: No compiler selected. No action taken.
im running win8 and MATLAB 7.10.0(R2010a)
please help
