signal from matlab to simulink

I wish to pass a varying step signal from matlab to my simulink plant model. For example let the signal to be applied to the model is u=[0 0 0 1 1 1 2 2 2 4 4 4 3 3 3 0 0 0 2 2 2 1 1 1 4 4 4]. How can I pass this to the simulink environment?
