I use a F28388D control card. After doing the R2021b update, I now get no values from the SDFM unit. The values are always zero. As already described in the release notes, I am now using CCS 10.2 and C2000Ware 3_03_00_00 for hardware support. Previously I used Maltab 2021a with CSS 9.3 and C2000Ware 3_02_00_00. Thereby the SDFM unit provided correct values. I have seen that there are changes in the menu target hardware resources of the SDFM configuration. I cannot derive any necessary change from the Technical reference manual.

In the future I would like to use SDFM blocks in the CLA, which is a new Hardware Support for Embedded Coder.

Hi,

You are right, when data filter is configured for 16-bit data representation in SDFM we are not getting data. Thank you for poiniting this out. This is a bug in R2021b and it will be fixed in the future release of MATLAB. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We will try to port the fix to R2021b release as soon as possible.

Meanwhile you can use 32-bit data representation for SDFM data filter. If you need the resolution quick then you may contact the MathWorks Technical Support.
