(Matlab 2021b) Error with sftp function

Hi Everyone,
I have some errors with the use of sftp function to get download file from sftp (secure ftp). I'm trying to...
s = sftp('server','user','Password','pwsd')
mget(s,'FILE_npos_20211015.csv','ROOT\');
close(s)
I can get the file in my folder but with 0 bytes for size...
Error using matlab.io.ftp.internal.matlab.mget
FTP error: 0. See FTP server return codes for more information.
Error in matlab.io.FTP/mget>recursiveDownload (line 110)
matlab.io.ftp.internal.matlab.mget(obj.Connection, options);
Error in matlab.io.FTP/mget (line 68)
location = cellstr(recursiveDownload(obj, dirStruct, fullRemoteDirPath, ...
