If possible to get the source code of error-control coding, galois field arithmetic, and some utilities.

You can always look at the source code of the MATLAB functions which are shipped, for e.g., all the functions on the following list can be viewed:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/comm/galois-field-computations.html
For e.g.,
>> edit gftable
