Why does the result of my active power filter change when I add measurement blocks? Is there any bug?

I have designed an active power filter in MATLAB2020b/Simulink. It is working properly but when I add a measurement block such as phasor measurement unit, the results get corrupted and are not true anymore. The measurement block is only measuring a three-phase current phasor and sends it to a scope. Or there is another floating block (PWM generator) which is redundant and not connected to anywhere in the model. When I remove this block, again the results are corrupted. What is the reason for this? Is there any bug in simulink ?
