On the app designer, how can i log data in real time to a .mat/.txt file

I have got a timer function that every 5 seconds, i get timenow values & Power Supply voltage. I am not sure how to log this data to a txt file in real time.

This sounds like you could solve it by using one of the append flags when using fopen. Then you can fprintf what you need to write, and close the file again with fclose.
