Differences between solidworks model and simmechanics animation

When I export a model from Solidworks 2013 x64 edition into matlab 2014a using simmechanics link the 3d models appear to lose some of their faces. I think this has to do with a problem in the construction of the stl files. If I replace the default stl files with manually generated stl files, the whole part is visible but has incorrect positioning with reference to the assembly. An example of the mismatch is shown below.
Figure 1. The assembly as seen in solidworks
Figure 2. The assembly as seen in the simmechanics animation
Figure 3. The animation using manually generated stl files
My question is, is there a fix for this problem or a work around?

It is usually happens when your model is not aseembled clear or to complex. For your model it seems not too complex so to fix this issue;
1. You can check your model and your constraints in SolidWorks. 2. Try to create new model again. 3. Try to use fewer parts for your assembly(Means try to avoid using weld constraint for two fixed parts just build them as just 1 part in the model.) 4. If you can not solve issue after these steps. Try to import .stp files directly but you will need to construct your model yourself but for this example it will not take too much.
Hope this helps!
