You have three options.
  1. Re-implement the entire functionality in Matlab. There is no automatic conversion possible.
  2. Call you Python code from within Matlab.
  3. Call Matlab from within Python.

I can imagine what reshape does, but you'll have to explain what the rest of this command is doing.
