Hi i have stored my codes result as mat files. They are about 500. I wanna compare all these 500 mat files with each other. Is there anyway that i can open and compare them all?tnx

What type of comparison do you want to perform? Do you want a logical answer, yes MAT-file A is different from MAT-file B or no they are the same? Or do you want information about what and where the differences are?

I wanna compare numbers of each matrices and make decision which one to choose. But beacause of large numbers of mat files, it is difficult to open files one by one.
