I got best fit for specific information using system identification .now I want to design a PID controller to the system the arx was[10 10 1] and the matrices are [10*10].... what is the best model to use???

Question is not formulated clearly. When you estimate models of different orders, System Identification Toolbox produces a chart showing the tradeoff between model order and accuracy. If you want the highest accuracy, select the highest order. Most often, you would want to pick the lowest order that still gives you good accuracy. After then, tune the controller using pidtune or pidtool functions
