Connect Matlab to Arduino without delete the program which is already there

Good evening,
I am able to connect Matlab to arduino but I can not avoid that when Matlab starts to run it deletes a program which there was before.
Help me please.

Hi Matteo,
I understand that you are facing issues while programming an Arduino board with MATLAB. To get you started, please ensure that the Arduino board is connected to the computer. Use the command below to connect to Arduino hardware with MATLAB.
a = arduino();
I am assuming that you can connect to the Arduino board and execute the desired program. However, MATLAB should not automatically delete the program already on the Arduino. Ensure that the RESET button on the board is not pressed. MATLAB reprograms the Arduino when "ForceBuildOn" is set as true. The default value is set to false. You can set the value of "ForceBuildOn" by using the below command.
a = arduino('ForceBuildOn',false);
