How to build a models for Model Predctive Controller?

Dear MATLAB Experts,
I'd like to make MPC for modified Antilock Braking system, for that I've made the ABS plant in Simulink Block. Then, combining the MPC simulink to the Plant. Unfortunately, the result of linearization in function block parameters : MPC Controller, can't get the model This is Linearization Result:

d =    u1    
y1   0
anyone can help me to solve this? I'm waiting for ur assistance.
