Frequency=5;
options = trainingOptions('sgdm', ...
    'InitialLearnRate',0.1, ...
    'MaxEpochs',20, ...
    'Verbose',false, ...
    'Plots','training-progress', ...
    'Shuffle','every-epoch', ...
    'CheckpointPath',checkpointPath,...
    'CheckpointFrequency',Frequency,...
    'CheckpointFrequencyUnit','epoch');
net1 = trainNetwork(XTrain,YTrain,layers,options);

I can not set CheckpointFrequency.

Error using nnet.cnn.TrainingOptionsSGDM (line 117)

'CheckpointFrequency' is not an option for solver 'sgdm'.

Error in trainingOptions (line 315)

opts = nnet.cnn.TrainingOptionsSGDM(varargin{:});

Error in code_1 (line 28)

options = trainingOptions('sgdm', ...

CheckpointFrequency was added as an option in R2022a.

You should be checking the documentation related to your release, https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/deeplearning/ref/trainingoptions.html
