Interpolation of data in a given area

I have 4 sets of coordinates (representing a square, I need to interpolate and get a 200x200 matrix.
%set of coordinates:
amax=1.49895;
amin=1.49747;
bmin=2.62186;
bmax=2.62471;

Ran in:
amax=1.49895;
amin=1.49747;
bmin=2.62186;
bmax=2.62471;
N = 200;
avec = linspace(amin, amax, N);
bvec = linspace(bmin, bmax, N);
[A, B] = meshgrid(avec, bvec);
%now demonstrate
scatter(A(:), B(:), '.')
