Here is a demo showing how to read data from a REST call. Then you can use the Read data API call. I havent tried that demo myself though.
Here is an awesome video showing how to get jokes from chuck norris into power BI. Thank you for helping me find that video! ;)

FInally I was able to figure it out. Power BI does not work if "https://" contains in the URL. We have to give the URL without that part to make Power BI working.
