How to create test point automatically

Hello everyone,
I would like to create test points automatically and to rename my signal name automatically into exported global
How can I do it, please?
I have tried by this way...but it didn't work
clc;
portHandles = get_param('my_model/F01_pip/F02_pap/F03_poum,'portHandles');
outportHandle = portHandles.Outport;
set_param(outportHandle,'TestPoint','on')
display('Done, have a good day!');

Could you provide a bit more detail on what didn't work? Did you encounter an error?
