Unrecognized function or variable 'readstruct'

I implemented this sample code from Mathlab help:

url = "https://export.arxiv.org/oai2?verb=ListRecords" + ...
    "&set=math" + ...
    "&metadataPrefix=arXiv";
filename = fullfile(tempdir,"arxivData.xml");
options = weboptions('Timeout', 160);
websave(filename,url,options);
% Parse XML code.
data = readstruct(filename,"StructNodeName","ListRecords");

After running the code, MATLAB shows this error:

Unrecognized function or variable 'readstruct'.

readstuct() is a predefined function in MATLAB and I can not understand why it says the function is unrecognized. The main source of this code can be found here: LINK . Does any one ahve an idea about this problem? I am using MATLAB R2019b .
