Hough transform of a matlab figure

I am applying the concept of Hough transform to the design of lead-lag compensator in control design. I have a Matlab figure of desired compensator in real and complex axis (not bode plot). By doing Hough transform on the figure I have, I will be able to obtain the parameters of the compensator by looking at the intersection point(s) in parameter space. But, I cannot find any command that can perform hough transform on a matlab figure. All I can find on the internet are application of hough transform to detect lines and curves. Is there a way to do it? Please help as I can't really continue with my control design without knowing the parameters of the compensator.
