I am taking plot between threshold voltage(voff) anf Thickness of AlN (tAlN) using the following formula

Voff= (fis- (detaEceff/q) + vds)

I have writtent the following code for this ,but I am not getting correct result. Please rectify my code so that I can improve my mistakes.

E0=8.85e-12;

Ealgan=10.31;

Ealn=10.78;

fis=(5.1*1.6e-19);

sigmaaln=3.38e17;

sigmaalgan=1.3e17;

detaecalgan=(0.422*1.6e-19);

p=((q^2)/Ealgan);

taln=0.8:0.1:10;

m=length(taln);

for i=1:m

detaec2 = detaecalgan + (p*sigmaaln^2*taln(i));

voff(i) = (fis-(detaec2/q)+vds);
