How can i extract coordinates of point from matlab figure ?

Hello everyone !
i have this code , i want to extract the coordinates of all points constructing the curve.
Xu=linspace(0,60,60);
Yu=linspace(0,10,60);
xlabel('temps(min)')
ylabel('X(km)')
figure()
plot(Xu,Yu)

Use interp1
Yc = interp1(X, Y, Xc);
