I understand that you want to apply resize operation on multiple images.
After building the ‘imageDatastore’, use ‘transform’ function with a helper function which entails the required resizing operations.
Here is an example of implementing it:
imds=imageDatastore(["bug1.png","bug2.png"]);
targetSize = [224,224];
imdsReSz = transform(imds,@(x) imresize(x,targetSize));
I=read(imdsReSz);
imshow(I)
