How do I connect to a USRP device?

I'm using MATLAB 7.11 (R2010b). I want work on USRP2. I connected USRP2 with ip add: 192.168.10.1
it is showing that USRP2 not found.
Are there any drivers I have to install? Is there any documentation on or examples that may help?

The documentation link above does not work.
Support for the latest Ettus Research radios is now available from MathWorks. The download package supports use of the radios with either MATLAB or Simulink. You can get more information and the download package here:

There are some demos in the Simulink USRP documentation.
Considerations such as firewalls are discussed in one of the Matlab Solutions
Drivers are not mentioned, but you do need a dedicated gigabit ethernet card.
