MATLABR2022a and R2022b get stuck in "initializing"

I have been using matlab in my laptop for about 6 months, and the last time I used R2022a is around 2 weeks ago. I remembered downloading a update after my final use. Last night when I opened matlab I found it got stuck in "initializing" for more than 2 hours.
  • Licensing issue: As instructed I run matlab from command window, as shown below. This does not solve the problem.
  • Solution 1 and 2: I have tried renaming & creating new folders in both cases but none worked.
  • Solution 3: I am using McAFee, and disabling active scan does not solve the issue.
  • Solution 4 and 5: matlab does not execute any code...
  • Solution 6: the "preference" button is grey and I cannot click on it while initializing.
  • Solution 7: it took forever...
  • Solution 8: I'm using win10.0 build 19044. I think there is no recent updates.
After trying out all the methods I unintalled R2022a and installed R2022b instead. But this problem still occur with R2022b. Does anyone know what is going on? Thank you so much!

Exactly the same issue here... Must be one of the toolboxes (out of 50+ I have) causing the issue since installation without any toolboxes runs just fine (but what's the point of that?).... Could Mathworks please figure out which toolboxes may be potentially causing this sort of an issue, fix and issue a QUICK update to their very good software...?
UPDATE: No issues with R2022a though... funny how MATLAB is so advanced in what it does but a simple task of seamless installation/update from one version to another is so complicated to the developers.
