Error reported in S-function. This operation needs visual run time to be installed. (matlab 2016b and visual C++ 2015 professional)

Hi:

I am trying to make SIMPACK 2018 cosimulate with simulink (matlab 2016a). Since the SIMPACK will generate a S-function so I install the micro visual C++ 2015 according to https://www.mathworks.com/content/dam/mathworks/mathworks-dot-com/support/sysreq/files/SystemRequirements-Release2016a_SupportedCompilers.pdf.

So far so good. The generated S-function and mexw64 file is also add to the path:

But when I start cosimulation, the error appears:

Then I uninstall and reinstall

to get the runtime. But the error above still appears. Is any comments to solve this case? Thanks in advance.
