Saving data in a matrix from loop

I have a 7600 * 3 martix which is looped over 10 times. When I'm assigning an array to store this data using a for loop only the last (7600 * 3 matrix data) is being stored. But I need all the 10 data sets of 7600 * 3 matrix as i have to plot a graph using these. Please kindly suggest what should I do to get all the 10 sets of data.

What's the resulting output size of the processing of this array each time? Basically you need to preallocate enough room for whatever this is 10 times in the proper shape and index into that array appropriately. What is "appropriate" depends on the answer to the above questions (and also the type if not just an array).
