How an Organization can validate the originality of a Course Certificate provided to me by Matlab?

For example I completed and received a completion certificate for Matlab Onramp by Matlab Academy. I want to provide this certificate to an organization where I am applying for a job. Question is that How the orgination can validate that
  • The ceritificate is given to me, as there is only my name on the cert. and no picture, no NIC, or some other data that proves my identity.
This is because I can use someone else certificate with my name and claim this certificate to be mine.
