Hi, I just want to detect an object in a video of mine and find its position in 3D (xyz axis) by each frame which will be moving in a video. But I can't do it that object tracking. I got my HSV values for that white led light and the video and but I can't find its position and track it. Any help would be amazing! Thank you.

You can use MATLAB's Computer Vision System Toolbox to detect and track objects. The below link has examples about object tracking.
