How to calculate leadscrew thrust force in simulink?

I have simulated a DC motor that drives a leadscrew. For a given input torque (3 Nm) the leadscrew generates a thrust force based on the efficiency and other parameters of leadscrew. According to the general formula the calculated thrust force is 1555 N but in simulink the trust force generated by leadscrew is 3054.8 N (friction parameterization by efficiency), 4519.2 N (friction parameterization by geometry). I used an ideal force sensor (one end connected to nut and other end to mechanical translational reference) to measure the thrust force. Please help me to simulate the correct thrust force in simulink. Below attachments are my simulation results and leadscrew parameters.
