Problem with connecting several HW-instruments using visadev

I'm trying to connect several hardware instruments to MATLAB using visadev. The first instrument I connect works properly, but when I try to add a second I get an error. The code I'm using looks like this.
>> pm = visadev('GPIB0::20::INSTR')
pm =
GPIB with properties:
ResourceName: "GPIB0::20::INSTR"
Alias: ""
Vendor: "Rohde&Schwarz"
Model: "NRP2"
BoardIndex: 0
PrimaryAddress: 20
SecondaryAddress: 65535
NumBytesAvailable: 0
Show all properties, functions
>> pm2 = visadev('GPIB0::23::INSTR')
Resource string is invalid or resource was not found.
Both instruments are connected and show up in Keysight I/O. If I clear the first instruments (address 20) then I can connect the other one (23) without any issues.
