As per my understanding you would like to create a model to simulate a 3-phase induction motor.
This can be done using the Three-phase induction motor block from the Powertrain Blockset or Motor Control Blockset in Simulink.
You can learn about the equations implemented by the block from the above link, as well as the documentation for all the parameters involved.
