Hi,

I understand that you want to analyse signal which you downloaded from Physiobank, but you are unable to import it.

In order to import data from Physiobank into MATLAB you need to download the desired signal from the Physiobank ATM in the desired format and then use the appropriate method to import it in MATLAB. You can refer this link to know how to import data in MATLAB from a .mat file.
