How to plot duffing equation?( Frequency amplitude)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a MATLAB code for plotting duffing equation.
Duffing equation is as follows:
I want to plot fequency - amplitude plot.

Give values to the parameters of the equation, rewrite the equation as a system of two first-order equations and use ode45 to solve.
